TERMS OF SERVICE
DISCLAIMER

By purchasing my services (art), you automatically accept the following conditions:

• Please read this fully and carefully.
• I will decline your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
• If you have any questions, send a Twitter DM
• If you are not willing to accept the conditions, do not ask for a commission.
• I do not accept jobs without having covered at least 50% of the value at the beginning.
• I don't accept jobs that I don't feel comfortable doing.
• Any misuse of my work will have consequences.

By receiving or obtaining a work (art) of my authorship, you automatically accept the following conditions:

• Malicious/inappropriate use of my works/works is not allowed.
• Commercial use of my works is not allowed unless an agreement is reached.
• Under any intolerable message or attitude, I reserve the right to add it to the blacklist
• Since it is not a lucrative job, I reserve the right to do it in the way that I think is most convenient and that I feel most comfortable with.
• Since it is a non-profit work, the delivery date is undetermined because priority will be given to the works requested by commission.

USER AGREEMENT

By applying for my job, you agree that you have read and agree to all the terms outlined in this document.
You will hereby agree to the policy of using art for personal, non-profit purposes, unless otherwise noted, and will provide me with all image credits.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

CLIENT

• You, the Client, are expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.
• You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked to me.
• You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
• You cannot claim my work as your own.
• You may use the Artwork for personal use, including but not limited to avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal websites/profiles.
• You may use the Artwork for commercial use, including but not limited to: streaming assets. More information below.
• You reserve the right to print or create a physical reproduction of the Artwork provided it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie NOT for sale).
• You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or outside projects, commercial or non-commercial (ie, t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.), unless otherwise noted.
• You are NOT allowed to sell, change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
• You are NOT allowed to trace over my artwork in any way, including using the artwork as a "base", unless requested and agreed to.
• Harassment of any kind in an attempt to negotiate a commission (a "space") is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded

ARTIST

• By applying for my work, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
• I reserve the right to reject any project or client for any reason.
• I reserve the right to refund the full amount paid, if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

COMMERCIAL USE

• If you, the Client, wish to request a commission for commercial use, the total price of the commission will be agreed in advance or royalties will be received for your profitable use.
• The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproduce and sell the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have published my artwork (for example, Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc.).
• Sale of items (for example, t-shirts, mugs, pictures, etc etc)
comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to blacklist anyone for harassment.
• Customers who have commissioned and/or received work before these TOS have become effective are still bound by its content.
• These clients may include signatures and/or watermarks indicating that the Artwork is my intellectual property. Credit of some form is required.
